Hello Tom. I am very delighted to have completed the entire six week natural bodybuilding cycle without the slightest hint of illness. This is almost unprecedented for me. When training HIT, I was always struggling with the feeling of fighting off a cold virus or something. Usually, I'd last a month, maybe two, then succumb to a virus and need two weeks off or so to recover. It didn't seem to matter what time of year it was.
Here is my report after six weeks on the program:
- My appearance is remarkably improved. Muscles are more distinct, hypertrophied and separated. They look fuller, more massive and pronounced.
- The muscles feel better (subjective of course) - harder, more dynamic, potent.
- My general sense of well being is heightened. I am more alert and full of energy. This is in contrast to my experience while training HIT, two full-body workouts per week, Monday-Friday.
- I recover better from exercise and do not have the slightest inkling of coming down ill with something.
- I've gained two pounds of most likely solid muscle. At 2 pounds per six week cycle, I'll have an extra 10 pounds of lean body weight by year's end, up to 222. I'd be content with that progress as long as I'm looking good and my waist stays under control or gets smaller.

Well I am in the middle of my 6th week on the program. Here are the results:
BEFORE 6 WEEKS WAIST: 36 34 B.F.% 21% 11.6% WEIGHT 194 179
My goal is still to get to 8-10% body fat, and to gain a lot more muscle mass, but I am very happy about the results. I have attached my before and after pics.
I'm so thrilled! I got your bodybuilding manual, and it is even better than I had hoped for. It's exactly what I've been looking for to guide me in my quest. You certainly put a lot of time and effort into it to make it a very helpful tool.
I really like the book. Your book has all the natural bodybuilding info in one place and I can get to it anytime I need it. I have been looking for good natural bodybuilding books for the last year, but they are the same old crap. Basically the same as the magazines with a nicer cover. None of them are as straight forward with sound nutrition advice as your book. And in six weeks I will let you know how the workouts are going.
Man; you rock!sincere thanks to u for writing such a great (body re-engineering) natural bodybuilding manual which reflects logic and simplicity. I have been just following the program for a month now and wham!-gaining everywhere including 1/2 inch on my arms which now measure 17 and 1/2 cold. Also there is a huge difference in my endurance and my body fat percentage is drastically dropping down. I can just imagine taste of things to come in the near future (I mean muscle gains).

Before using Toms training regimen and diet, I was not in very good shape, and I did not have too much confidence in my abilities. As a prior member of the military (U.S. Armed Forces), even though it was a requirement to stay in half way decent shape, I knew that I did not have the strength I desired, nor the stamina. I started Tom's program in December of 1999, and I went from 190 lbs to my current weight of 205 lbs while at the same time losing 10 pounds of body fat. If I followed Tom's routine and diet consistently, I'm positive I could shoot up to 225lbs. without the use of steroids. Tom is the real deal.

Body Re-Engineering by Tom is an excellent book for any body builder, fitness buff or athlete looking to improve their performance. His sound and reasonable approach is based on years of research and personal trial and error. He brings together the best concepts in workouts, nutrition and the mental aspect of weightlifting. This book is a must read for beginners or advanced alike.

I had been lifting weights for a few years without seeing alot of results. I mean, my muscles were active and full but not growing. That is when I started reading Body Re-Engineering.
